Business Development Executive
  1. To contribute to the development and refinement of the company’s vision and strategy.

  4. Maintain current customers and develop new customers.
  5. Formal proposal, presentation and pitching management and candidate with copy writing skills are preferred.

Corporate Communication Executive
  1. Moderate communications throughout the organization.
  2. Regular meetings with employees.
  3. Adherence to Good Storage practices and relevant rules/regulations and guidelines.
  4. Use various resources, such as social media monitoring and tracking programs for both internal and external communications to follow analyze and execute communications.
  5. Work to ensure messages are consistent with the overall brand meet company standards to maintain and promote the positive image on behalf of the organization.
  6. Design and launch email and digital marketing campaigns.
  7. Recommend, implement and maintain site design and operation.
  8. Plan and deliver education courses and materials.
  9. Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.

  11. Create thoughtful leadership materials, events and trainings
  12. Report directly to the head of department and managing director.
  1. To operate, maintain and monitor the whole maintenance activities on building, facilities, utilities, machinery and system supporting to the factory.
  2. To install, commission, repair, service, modify and upgrade on all equipments to reduce the downtime and optimize the machine performance as well as to achieve production target.
  3. To perform general M&E works within factory premises.
  4. To always practice and follow work procedures, housekeeping, and safety policies and comply to cGMP requirements.
  5. To perform periodical maintenance on all equipments and report any deviations to superior.
  6. To ensure all documentations, checklist, PM and calibrations has been carried out accordingly and updated.
  7. To liaise with others department, suppliers, consultants or contractors on any matter related to the factory operation.
  8. To ensure enough spare parts inventory.
  9. To assist immediate superior in any new project/tasks.
  10. To assist and review the preparation of documentations (Manual/ Drawing/ SOP/ IQ/ OQ/ Preventive Maintenance, Checklist and Calibration)
  11. To attend any training or seminar as required by department or company.
  12. To execute any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
  13. To analyze the root cause of the machine breakdown and propose an appropriate action to prevent the occurrence.
Supply Chain Executive
  1. To perform and manage day to day supply chain activities such as PO issuance, co-ordination with external and internal parties on logistic & warehouse management.
  2. To ensure accurate file record in documentation & data entry of purchase requisition, Purchase Order, Deliver Order, & other relevant documentation.
  3. Adherence to Good Storage practices and relevant rules/regulations and guidelines.
  4. To monitor and follow up on meeting the required deliver schedule to ensure supply continuity
  5. To provide support relative to the information requirement within supply chain.
  6. Handle ad-hoc task as required by Superior time to time.
  7. Knowledgeable in ISO 9000 would be advantage
  8. Always perform the task and assignment given and being honest and responsible
Web Designer/Developer
  1. Development of websites, web applications and design.
  2. Maintenance of company and client website, system, program and applications.
  3. Work closely with marketing team towards making a strong online presence and other industry leading blogs, forums and channels.
  4. Involved in digital marketing activities e.g. social media marketing, email marketing, web promotion, search engine optimization, web analytics, E-commerce, content Marketing etc.
  5. Responsible for overall marketing routine PDCA activities (Plan, Do, Check & Action).
  6. Upgrading existing software/system as the user organisation’s needs change
Account & Admin Executive
  1. Maintain transaction & responsible daily transaction & report in UBS Accounting system as well as quick cash flow & petty cash in excel sheet for the group of companies.
  2. Prepare outgoing payment and any payment request as well cheque & remittance application e.g telegraphic transfer and cashier order.
  3. Maintaining, preparing & monitoring aging receivable & payable report as well as follow up for payment.
  4. Issue cheque and letters / documents required for Financial purpose.
  5. Dealing with payment received, preparation of cheques, suspense account & etc. related to the operation.
  6. Compile and ensure claims and advances for staff supporting documents order before proceed for payment and dealt with necesarry works when required.
  7. Prepare the daily funds bank reconciliation.
  8. Issuing payment & receipts to supplier.
  9. Maintaining Fixed Asset schedule with depriciation calculation for the group of companies.
  10. Finalized management account for the group of companies and maintaining full set of company account in UBS Acounting system.
  11. Handling Director's claims and necessary works required for accounts matter.
  12. Knowledge of GST is an advantage.
